I clicked on a website ( Mozilla) which blocked immediately everything with this message: http://akky00.xyz verlangt einen Benutzernamen und ein Passwort. Ausgabe der Website: "Windows Defender Alert :Zepto Virus Detected In Your System Registry . CALL Microsoft Technician +43 72 08 80 918 for Free Checkup" a computer voice says the message too. Impossible to close Mozilla. Reboot, deinstall Mozilla, reinstall, didn't work. Mozilla will be reinstall with this window, blocked. ...let the computer analysed with Kapersky, Adwcleaner, SuperAntispyware… they found no threat. It's only with Mozilla. I could use Microsoft Edge but I like Firefox. Any help, please?

That is simply a scam. Don't call that number. The people on the other end of that number are scammers who will try to get your bank info

Download and run Malwarebytes (www.malwarebytes.com). Then, install uBlock Origin.

Try using Ctrl+w to close that tab. Sometimes you have to remove pop-up messages before Ctrl+w will work. Sometimes there is a checkbox at the lower right (to the left of the OK button) to stop the site from showing more dialogs. That's a feature you can use to stop sites from continuously bothering you with dialogs so you can close them.

Thank you both for the answer and time. But it didnt solve the problem. No checkbox, and the Ctrl+ didnt work. I ran Malwarebyte, SuperAntispyare, a rootkit von Spybot Search and Destroy. i have all features of Firefox UBlock origin, Adblockplus and Ghostery on. all tabs are blocked. And it seems to be implanted in my Firefox account because deinstall and reinstall doesn't work. Thank you for you help!

Seem proficient with cleaners. Bought this and runs great. https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/roguekiller/ Will find things in Ram, which is good. Do Google everything it finds or go to there forum for help. Try Eset for online scan but watch for false/positives.
