Why doesn't TB retrieve my 'Spam' folder emails from my att/yahoo.net server? It only retrieves those that are in my 'Inbox'.

I have disabled or turned off all spam/junk filters on both TB and att/yahoo settings.

Chosen solution

POP is only aware of the Inbox on the providers server. If you want to see other folders then switch to IMAP.

You can get IMAP with ATT, no problem. If you decide to make the change do not alter the existing POP account. Add it again as IMAP. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/switch-pop-imap-account

Are you using POP or IMAP?

POP. I believe IMAP is not available with att/yahoo.

Airmail, Thank you very much for the info. Not a techie so all I knew is that when I looked at 'server' info it said POP. I thought if IMAP was available it would have been automatic and not something I would need to choose. Thanks again.
