I am currently stuck on an issue regarding Flash Player and printing in firefox.

What has been done: Update windows 10, firefox, flash player, adobe reader. Run firefox in safe mode. Re install firefox, flashplayer and adobe reader and printer. Installed both 32bit and 64bit variants aswell as going back to previous versions. Created new profile on firefox - without copying anything from old profile. disabled and uninstalled all Anti virus programs.

Whats happening: We have a site called "SARS E-filling" for doing taxes in south africa. when viewing certain statements or returns, a flashplayer container launches and from there you are able to fill in a form and view past forms. from inside the container there is a Back button and print button, when clicking on the print button, the dialogue for choosing the printer displays, when printing directly to a printer the prints do not go through, when printing to pdf, the container becomes unusable. im unable to click on save or cancel or anything, usually to stop this i launch task manager and kill the "container" and then from there im able to continue with browsing but not able to print or save a pdf at all from within the flash container, this only happens with flash player items in firefox and not internet explorer, normal websites and forms prints as normal.

could anyone possibly give a resolution to this issue, I have a user that ONLY uses Firefox and refuses to use internet explorer, where this works as desired, but has some other issues with other websites.

I have given up after struggling for 2 weeks on this issue.

I will at times not be able to respond immediately and will have to arrange date for doing any kind of testing with the User so please be patient when waiting on replys.

Thanks
