
I installed the mail merge add on, when I send the merge the document is saved in templates but not sent.
l loaded the mail merge add on. I created the merge document with the variables properly inserted, i.e {{First Name}} I used an excel data file that I already had. I saved it as in CSV format. I wrote {{Email}} in the main document in the address field. I selected Mail merge from the File menu. CSV was already highlighted in the menu as was comma and ". I selected the CSV file that I had saved. I tried both Send Now and Send Later. Nether option delivered he documents to either the draft folder or to out box.
