Responsive Mode Website hide only White screen show on (Ctrl+shift+M)

when i open a website and them i press (Ctrl+shift+M) and responsive mode on. then in responsive mode only show white screen some time total website is hide. then when i close responsive mode so also still show white screen. so then i need to open any url in new tab then website show. this is bug i think.!
