Thunderbird will no longer download email on one particular computer and from one particular email server, while it will download from another email server.
My wife and I each have our own computers, and each of us has a bellsouth email account and a gmail account. Everything has been working fine on both computers, and no changes to either computer. Suddenly, yesterday, my wife's bellsouth email account quit getting emails. Using her iPhone, she can see new email in the bellsouth account. Unfortunately, the only thing that Thunderbird shows for the bellsouth email is that it is "connected to" the server. The gmail account works fine. My computer works fine on both accounts. I compared the Thunderbird settings on the two computers, and they are basically the same. I tried rebooting the computer, but no change.
