I cannot receive emails. Worked fine up until about noon today. I can send emails, but can't receive them. I can view them if I log on to my ISP site. I've tried deleting and recreating an account.

Have you rebooted your computer since this started?
Have you checked your e-mail settings to make sure that they are what your e-mail provider says they should be?
I have done both. Is it possible that Mozilla's "migration" activity could be causing this problem?

No. The migration is only for this forum on the Internet, and has absolutely nothing to do with anyone's e-mail.

According to that Troubleshooting Information, you have no e-mail accounts set up in Thunderbird!
At the suggestion of my ISP tech, I deleted my account and then added it again to no avail. I will go set it up again and see if that works.
Tried adding an account. Error message: "Configuration could not be verified Is the username or password wrong?" Neither are wrong. They are what I use to log in to my ISP email which works.
What is the part of your e-mail address after the @ symbol? I will look up information for that e-mail provider.
According to: https://www.att.com/esupport/article.html#!/dsl-high-speed/KM1010523
The correct settings you should use is: imap.mail.att.net, Port 993 smtp.mail.att.net, Port 465 or 587 Using SSL for both
Is that what you are using?
In Thunderbird, Thunderbird menu: Tools: Account Settings (If you cannot see the Thunderbird menu, press the Alt key or F10 key on your keyboard to show the menu)
For incoming e-mail: Select "Server Settings" on the left side under your e-mail account, and the settings are on the right side.
For outgoing e-mail: Select "Outgoing Server (SMTP)" on the left side, then select the server you want on the right side. Click the "Edit" button to change the settings.
Incoming port was 995 so I switched it to 993, hit "re-test" got an error message: "Thunderbird failed to find the settings for your email account." My server host names are Incoming: "inbound.at.net"; outgoing: "outbound.at.net".
OK, so you had it set up for POP, not IMAP. For POP, the port # should be 995. POP3 inbound.att.net, Port 995 outbound.att.net, Port 465
Do you want keep using POP, or would you like to switch to using IMAP?
If you want to keep using POP, then you will need to Create a new profile in Thunderbird for testing, to see if the problem is with Thunderbird, or if it is with the POP server.
The difference between POP and IMAP
With POP, all the e-mails from the server get sent to Thunderbird, Thunderbird saves those e-mails on your computer, then tells the server to delete those mails from the server. Unless you set an option in Thunderbird to not tell the server to delete the e-mails.
With IMAP, the e-mails are kept on the e-mail server. Thunderbird continually communicates with the server to show the e-mails on the server, but doesn't necessarily save them on your computer. You can tell Thunderbird to also save the e-mails on your computer.
When using multiple devices to access the same e-mail, the only way to keep the e-mails synchronized between the devices is to use IMAP.
Another thing to remember, is that anything in the "Local Folders" in Thunderbird are only on your computer.
