I'm trying to use Firefox to access the Pogo website on my mac. I think I have Kaspersky installed which may be blocking Firefox but I don't know how to access the Kaspersky dashboard to fix any problems mentioned in your fixit list.

Hi

This does not sound like an issue with Firefox, but more of an issue with Kaspersky.

I recommend that you have a look at their support pages for help with their software.
