I downloaded thunderbird recently and had no problem adding my previous email account on it. However, the past emails (everything past one month) is not showing up. I still need to see past emails from months or years ago. Is there setting i need to change to fix this problem?? thank you

When you login to your account via webmail, do you see the missing messages, i.e. 'everything past one month'?
