How can I remove the virus s.ytimg.com from my MAC ?

If I am on Yahoo, I notice a site, s.ytimg.com , is slowing my mac down. This is a recent problem. I don't know how the virus got on my computer. How do I remove it? Thanks.

s.ytimg.com is a server operated by Google that hosts certain content for YouTube. If you are seeing that on YouTube or on sites with embedded YouTube videos, then it would not be suspicious.

s.yimg.com (without the t in there) is a server operated by Yahoo that hosts certain content for Yahoo sites. If you are seeing that one on Yahoo, then it would not be suspicious.

It would be a little weird to see Google's on Yahoo or the other way around, considering their rivalry.
