Ever since the recent update my date order has changed when viewing my emails, instead of it showing day/month/year it's showing month/day/year. Can anyone tell me how I get it back to what it should be ? I'm not sure whether it went wrong on the recent Thunderbird update or the upgrade to Windows 10 which I have downloaded and am trying out, but either way it's annoying. I am using Windows 10 but I think Windows 7 is still there somewhere. Thank you.

Mine did too. But either the short or long date format was wrong. Check those before you come back and tell me I am wrong.

Thunderbird uses the date format of your computer. I think it is the short date format but it might be the long format. It has been too long since I messed with it.

Hi Airmail

Thanks for your reply but it still doesn't solve my problem, my system date shows the correct format but my emails are still coming through month/day/year.

Hi Airmail

Thanks for your reply I have now solved my date problems, I clicked the date in the bottom right hand corner of my computer which took me to system. I then clicked adjust time date settings and chose dd/mm/yyyy (or similar) and that fixed things in Thunderbird. I am using Windows 10.
