I cannot "forward" my emails anymore since the upgrade.

Hi! Since the update I can no longer "forward" my emails. I can reply, but if I want to forward certain emails to friends, the send button is not highlighted. Sorry I'm not a techie. And please answer me in a language I can understand. I'm a senior. Thanks very much, Gisela
