In this preference about:preferences#advanced under "Certificates" see if OCSP has been disabled.

In about:config it will lower security, but: search for the preference named security.ssl.enable_ocsp_stapling. double-click it and see if its set to false. Do not change it if its set to true.

Please contact the website owner if this happens on multiple computers.
