Lost headers when replying to email. Had no way to send a reply. Tried to fix and lost all headers in the receiving box as well. i can open emails. That is about all I can do. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I will guess you mean toolbars and not headers.

Pressing the alt key or F10 will make hidden menu bars appear in most applications including Thunderbird. From the menu bar select View-Toolbars and turn the missing toolbars back on.
