Why is my optimum voice mail not operable using Firefox? OK with IE and Google Chrome.

Every time recently, last few days, using Firefox for opening my optimum.net home page my voice mail is "not available at this time". It has been OK for some years and is still OK if I use Internet Explorer of Google Chrome, only Firefox gives problem. Looks like I will have to give up Firefox, unless it is resolved. I have tried "Refresh Firefox" to no avail. My OS is Win 7 premium.

Thanks for response. It was Optimum support that suggested using a different browser. However I went a different way into Optimum voice via Optimum home page and manually reached the voice mail, closing down and re-starting to my Optimum home page the access to voice mail had returned. I have no idea why it did, obviously the Optimum support guy was incorrect.

Try using the site in Firefox's Safe Mode. It is probably a problem with one of your addons.
