had numerous bookmarks, now they are no no longer in my bookmark saved area..now I seen to be starting over..please advise..some were very important.

I'm sorry to hear that you seem to have lost the bookmarks saved in your Firefox OS device.

  • What is the model of your phone?
  • What is the OS version and Build ID found in the Device Information page? Please visit this link if you need help finding the Build ID of your phone.
  • Was there an update, a restart, or anything done differently before you noticed the disappearance of your bookmarks?
  • Please provide the exact steps to reproduce the issue you are encountering.
  • How often do you encounter this issue?
