I backed up complete system due to operating system problem. Tried to recover it but nothing there. I have an existing email acct. Joe@autobrokerauctiondirect.com and cs@autobrokerauctiondirect.com. How do i reinstate it back with all the information,email,contact and mail back to my system? I am not sure how I set it up as for user name and password. I am running window 7.

Thunderbird data is stored in the AppData folder. These are hidden by default so first things first and set windows to show hidden files and folders.
