Firefox crashes
Firefox keeps crashing when I go to youtube, google maps, or even when I try to go to about:support. I tried to install your troubleshooter below and I got the same "Firefox stopped working" message as I did when I tried to go to the other pages. Here is what the event log says:

Hello Annarose,
Please try updating your shockwave flash to the latest version
Is Firefox displaying the Mozilla Crash Reporter after Firefox crashes? If so, that would be more helpful than the Windows event log data. Please check the support article "Firefox Crashes" (especially the last section) for steps to get the crash report IDs corresponding to what Firefox has saved, and then post some of the recent ones here.
jscher2000, In another thread, it has been found that updating flash seems to solve the problem.
