Can't reach that site in IE8 either.

Doing a DNS lookup for that domain.

Name: "welshnames.co.uk" Error: No such host is known. (11001) Time: 6281.930 ms Alternate 2 (W2KPro and up): Error: DNS server failure. (9002) Time: 6454.817 ms

Looks like a Domain Name Server issue.

The site does exist, but there is no response to a ping.

You will have to wait until the server is up again.
