How to book on again after being disconnected

Konstantina Papadea replied

I opened my Firefox web site the other day and it said that I my account was disconnected. As far as I was concerned I had not disconnected it, but as I am 83 years old and my computer knowledge is not very good, I may have done so accidentaly. Anyway I tried to get started again. After a day or so I finally got to where it asked for my email address and password, which I filled in, only to be sent a 6 figure code which I was to enter to prove it was me, but as I could not get onto my Web page, I could enter what this code was.

Hey there james, What you received (the 6 digits code) is a 2fa mechanism, essentially a way to ensure that it is indeed you. Imagine it as a second lock, your password unlocks the first lock, the 6 digit code unlocks the second lock. You need to add that number after you fill in your email and password. As it has been a while, that 6 figure number is not active anymore. So let's do this. File again your email and password when signing in and don't close that page. Then go to your emails, copy the new 6 digit number and then paste it in the sign in page where it says "enter verification code".

Let me know if this makes sense or if you need any other assistance.
