Have you set up a Passkey for your device? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/use-passkey-mozilla-account

You can still use your password to log in your Mozilla account. Just skip the passkey.

In case it's actually a recovery key, then please read Reset your Mozilla account password with Recovery Keys in case you're trying to reset your password, don't have the recovery key, and don't have your data synced with another device — to prevent data loss.

As for where to find the recovery key… well, when set up, if you were prompted for a note to remind yourself where you're storing it, that note should now be shown to you to help remember — in case you printed it and filed with some other access documents somewhere.
