What do I do if no email received to reset password?
I had an account, but was not able to login, so requested password reset. I did not receive the email. When asking help, I needed to create an account to provide details! A bit of a circular path.... ANYWAY, I created an account with the same information, adding a user name. This problem began when I updated iPhone to 7+. I have the issue on phone and MacBook Pro. I haven't been able to sync my phone Firefox to my Mac, and am having other issues on my Mac. One is that I get messages about missing fonts with prompt to download, which I always "skip" rather than download. I selected download once, but then got additional messages.
Please advise. Sorry if this is combining too many issues.

Re the font issue; are you getting plugin-container.app needs to download the font Osaka

Make sure you do not run Firefox in permanent Private Browsing mode (Always use Private Browsing mode; Never Remember History).
- Options/Preferences -> Privacy -> Firefox will: "Use custom settings for history"
- Deselect: [ ] "Always use Private Browsing mode"

- The account login problem on my iPhone is resolved, BUT I have a new concern, which I will make a separate post about. When I open up mozilla browser, I get a message that "my iPhone has been randomly selected to receive .... and to select okay to accept." However, there is no way to opt out of the offer. I close the browser, but it comes up when I open again, so I am not using it on my phone now.
- I am still getting font download request. From reading responses on bug report page, there doesn't seem to be a fix for it. Is there a problem using browser if selecting not to download?
