Firefox was Waaaay slow on my Mac, I switched to Safari and Voila!--very fast.

I blamed the Cable internet company (Charter) they checked & reported a very fast time, I then blamed Yahoo, they weren't the problem, so I switched browsers to Safari & find that extremely fast! I'll probably stay with them. I'd guess Firefox is too busy. I was constantly getting the "unresponsive text" message and the "oops, we're sorry" messages, and the really frustrating color wheel turning for very long periods of time.

Now I don't have that anymore! Yeah!
