cache problem

I have an HP Pavilion Sleekbook 14-b013nr - Core i3, recently after updating Firefox my computer has an issue with loading pages, it seems to load directly from the cache and does not check the website. So websites are missing content or even pages. I have cleared the cache and that works some of the time, but even that is not 100% consistent. All other web browsers work fine and this problem only started occuring after the upgrade to 24. All plug-ins are up to date as well for version 24. Any help would be great.

Firefox 24 seems a bit more tenacious about caching when you go Back. Is that the scenario? You could try a reload bypassing the cache (Ctrl+Shift+r) or adopt another strategy to force a reload, such as the one in this thread: After the update of firefox 23, whenever I click back button doesn't reload the page.

If that doesn't help or isn't relevant, could you describe the scenario in more detail or provide a link to the problem site and steps to reproduce the problem?
