19.0.2 "upgrade" problem

I let Firefox "upgrade" to 19.0.2 on my Windows 7 laptop today. It can't even load a page. All it does is display New Tabs with no content loaded. Posting an address or a search does nothing, the browser just ignores my request.

There's nothing wrong with my laptop, I tried clearing my cache and disabling add-ons. It's literally a very bad problem with your browser. I expect lots of people are having the same problem; maybe they don't all post complaints though.
