I use tags all the time for Firefox for the desktop to easily organize my bookmarks. Is there any way for me to add a tag to a bookmark I create on Firefox Mobile so both the tag and the bookmark are synced through Firefox Sync?

You would need to edit the bookmark on desktop Firefox to add a tag to the bookmark.
