After installing nightly update for minefield, minefield no longer opens. Have uninstalled and reinstalled and still can open it. On the other hand firefox 8 opens fine and works.

minefield automatically installed nightly update. Upon reopening minefield it crashed. Now I can not open it at all. In task manager it will show up for a few seconds but then nothing. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

If that new profile works then you can transfer some files from the old profile to that new profile, but be careful not to copy corrupted files.
