I want my bookmarks always open, on the side panel I used to have; and desperately NEED to have, as was possible in the old version

I want my bookmarks always open, in the side-panel view like I used to have in the older Firefox versions. I need this, and cannot work the Internet by clicking 3 times every time I need a favorite website. I cannot imagine others are not also in need of their bookmarks always in view.

I want my bookmarks always open, in the side-panel view like I used to have in the older Firefox versions. I '''''need''''' this, and cannot work the Internet by clicking 3 times every time I need a favorite website. I cannot imagine others are not also in need of their bookmarks always in view.

Keazen oplossing

{ Ctrl + B } to open the bookmarks sidebar. As long as it is open, it should stay open. Even when you close Firefox, it should be there the next time you open Firefox.

Thanks so much! Where is this info on the Firefox on the "Help/Getting Started" page? Lucky for me you responded, because I couldn't find it anywhere. A FF "Shortcuts" link would be great!:)
