I used to use the "Organize Bookmarks" feature to edit, rearrange, and manage folders for my bookmarks. I can't find "Organize Bookmarks" in the Bookmarks toolbar anymore. Where did it go? Is there another easy way to edit, rearrange, and manage folders for my bookmarks?

That menu item was renamed to Show All Bookmarks.

Thank you! Not as intuitive of a name as "Organize Bookmarks" or "Manage Bookmarks", but I'm glad to hear that it's equivalent in functionality.
