Since I have upgraded doing anything on the web is slower it does not seem to matter what website it is. I was looking to make it faster when I downloaded the upgrade and now it is way slower how can I fix this?

I also experienced the same. I converted back to version 3.6.16. I made the mistake of asking for a solution on the MozillaZine Forum. Lets just say the advice I received was not for the inexperienced computer user and a novice I believe would have been lost or wound up potentially messing up their computer.
