Have installed Ff4 and doesnt look any different than 3.5 on XP
The bars at the top are no different than 3.5 plus my toolbar shortcuts are text and icons not just icons.

The new style UI is only default on Windows Vista and Windows 7. To get the new style UI on Windows XP you need to hide the menu bar. To do that, in the View menu select Toolbars, then click on the "Menu Bar" entry.
