when I try to print (i.e., airline boarding pass) I get an empty dialogue box stating that the requested item is not encrypted, so I end up printing a blank page..........what do I do????

What sort of Toolbar extensions do you have installed?

You need to figure out which extension is causing that problem and disable it.

Update the Java plugin to the latest version.

Update the Flash plugin to the latest version.
