Do I have to create an account for each of my e-mail address?

Mi I now trying fit the 4 time to send this answer. wHY have I bee cut of of the 4 e- mail address I using on Thunderbird!! I do not remember any login to Morzilla or to Thunderbird ! I been o t hi s platform for years ( 15-20) . I have NOT had any warning or info why or IF or how to solve this . You can not get to my e- mail On my Windows. Jus on my phone ( not very helpful ( I have bad ways and som say I am old ( only 82 so I am not ) I like to tell in person the boss that have Let this E done - Was in I a panic ? - I am in a panic as I can not get g to my - e- mail ( I can probably IF I log in to my domains ) If I have to that - no more money to Morzilla or Thunderbird ( I realy hate to have to do that 👴🏼👴🏼👴🏼👴🏼)

HI I only get the Troubleshoot mode up- and the Oder 1/2 is "give my y ore money"- I have for years given to Mozilla and Thunderbird !" So I am REALLY stuck tried to download new -don't what happened to the program as nothing different on my screen . Tired to get a screenshot went back to mozzilas screen ???

You are writing about how you feel. I understand you are upset and frustrated, but until you describe the problem, nobody here can offer suggestions. Please describe the problem, such as exact text of error messages. Does Thunderbird start? Are you getting prompts for passwords? Details are important. thank you

gert12, are you German or German speaking? If that's the case I advise you to post in the German "Thunderbird Mail DE" forum https://www.thunderbird-mail.de/forum/ and to describe your problem there in German. I am German speaking myself and a veteran helper in the Thunderbird Mail DE forum.

I can not get to anything outer then the front screen of Trubeleshot ! On my windows 10 box . So stuck , And so far all I have read, On (most answers) is that there are nothing NEW or change been done to Thunderbird. I have not changed anything.? Using my Mac laptop, to answer this, and the I phone works too.???

@gert12, did you read my answer from today at 6:21 AM? You seem to have difficulties to describe your problem(s) in English. Yes I know - 

It is for a few - but for most a small problem - me not bourn in U,K. and a bit dyslectic- dyslexoqe-dyslektisch.-

'But I have now sorted my problem .' 
Had to go back to restore point -26-07-31  , and I have my Thunderbird back 

It seams to be a update problem with my Security program or a Window OS . I will now make sure I move everything over to my Mac.

I still have not fond what was wrong , .But as stated have to go back and to restore point !!

I am now very "afraid " to do any update on Thunderbird or security programs. 

( I know not good situation).

I did nor have any suggestion r straight answer on my request for help.
Just outer  questions or  " more information" answer..

There are to very little help to have be refereed to pages of "problem solving" from 2008!!
