after google messed with my thunderbird accts, I cannot get or send any mail

I have checked the mail setting, they seem to be correct, but this is the message I get when trying to send from any of my email accts.

Sending of the message failed. An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: Email rejected. Please verify that your email address is correct in your account settings and try again.

I suggest posting screenshot of your server settings pane and your SMTP server settings pane..Seeing both of them may prove helpful in assisting you. thank you. I included screenshot of where to locate those two screens. Thank you
