When I clicked on a page, on the Blue Star, with the Show Editor when Saving checked, chose the folder I want, did not go there. I see them in "Recently Bookmarked", can not copy all to past to folder I want. ... Any simple way to take what is in the Recently Bookmarked and put them in to my preferred folder? I can cut and past one at a time, too much work.

Don't cut them, that list is a chronological index of your bookmarks, so cutting them deletes them. Instead, try one of these:

(A) Open page and change folder

You can click the bookmark to open it in the current tab, or try Ctrl+click or middle-click to open it in a new tab. The star icon in the address bar should turn blue. You can click the star to edit the location.

If this panel doesn't open for each new bookmark you save, make sure there is a checkbox in "Show editor when saving" at the bottom of the panel.

(B) Show in sidebar, move manually

If you don't have too many bookmarks in any given folder, you can drag the bookmark in the sidebar. However, this isn't practical for me personally. To select the recent bookmark in the sidebar, use:

right-click > Show in Folder
