The 'SEND" button is gone. The 'ACCESS" button is gone. TOOLBAR and Typed e-mail BUT no "Send" and no "Attach". Tried correcting via internet instructions, but no go. Please help as needed for work. Trying since 8:30 AM New York time. Thank you.

- click 'new message' button - if menu bar is not visible, press alt key - click view>toolbars and tick 'composition toolbar'
