Thanks Denys - sorry for going about it the wrong way. The financial instiution has now said they are working on the issue, so I guess accept it's down to something they have done (or not done). I'll wait to see how that plays before asking a question for the community.

Hello,

First, please provide the site you are talking about. Can you access it through other browsers (e.g. Chrome, Edge, Opera or Safari)? Also, do you experience similar problems with other websites in Firefox?

Hi, I can't see any resolution posted, but I guess the problem will often orginate with the site you're trying to access. This has just happened to me with a uk financial institition I've been using for ages. After going through usual have you cleared cache routine, they say they are not aware of any reason why this should happen and can't I just use another browser. (so I guess I'm talking to customer services and not tech team). Details: site is Yorkshire Building Society (ybs.co.uk) - and I get Error 403 on different PCs (one Win 10, the other Win 11 both on latest versions).Using Firefox version 143.0 (and then today 143.0.1, same error). No issues with any other sites. I can get in using Edge or Chrome. Any ideas on how to check, pursue further - I guess if it's a FF issue, plenty of people would be posting here. Ta

Hi hectorio, Looks like you're facing a different issue. Please ask a new question for it.

Multiple sites including wecrochet.com. Unable to open in other browers.

Hi bkl,

I'm a bit confused... How are you related to this question? If you're facing a different issue, please ask a new question for it.

Anyway, if you can't access the websites in other browsers as well, that's most likely not a Firefox problem, but rather something with your network. I would recommend disabling any firewalls, VPNs or proxies you might have. Also, the website you mentioned redirects me to https://www.crochet.com/. Could you try opening that link directly?
