My isp is virgin media and I use Mozilla for browsing and emails. I have been with them for many years but recently I found that although I am receiving emails I can't send them . I get this message.

Sending of the message failed. An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: Authentication Required (VM401). Please verify that your email address is correct in your account settings and try again.

please post a screenshot of your SMTP server pane and maybe we can offer suggestions.
