I received 3 emails on 16/03/23 which were readable. I need to recheck the information and they have become unreadable and seem to not be related to the original topic. As this involves some payments to Paypal, I would like to be able to resolve the problem. Thank you

Not sure what you mean by 'unreadible'...maybe email is blank or looks like code etc.

Try fixing the folder indexing:

  • Right click on folder and select 'Properties'
  • click on 'Repair Folder'
  • click on 'OK'
