Deleted all my saved data from the computer by mistake. I thought it was eliminating unused data. Is there any way to restore the data in my account.

Hi, what were the steps leading up to this problem? For example, you signed out of a Firefox Account and told Firefox to delete all the data? Or you were browsing profiles and deleted a profile?

Unfortunately, those would usually bypass the Recycle Bin, so you would need to think about any backups you make or possibly a shadow copy created by Windows at some point. Please refer to the following post about tools to check shadow copies:
