Dear Reader, I had installed firefox in my phone and reset my phone so I lost the app generating codes. I have the security key which isn't a 10 digit code but many digits. How can I sign in my account and the app with my recovery key? Please note that because I had no other way to contact I have made this account but also the security key is a many digit number but the recovery code that is asked is only a 10 digit code. Can you help me?

You should use one of the backup codes you received when setting up 2-step authentication.
