When I open an archived e-mail to reply or forward it, it opens to a completely different e-mail. I can't get the original e-mail that I wanted.

Keazen oplossing

Try resetting the index.

  • Right click on the folder that contains the email and select 'Properties'
  • click on 'Repair folder' button
  • click on 'OK'

select another folder and reselect folder you 'fixed'.
