My understanding is windstream are in the process of migrating their mail servers to a third party provider and it is not going well. But as I am not a customer all I have are third partly complaints about windstream been flakey or just plain not works.

If you can get something from them as a customer it would be very handy as this forum has been fielding questions about windstream mail for about a week.
