For my work i have to install multiple e-mail accounts on Thunderbird. We also have a manual that describes which outgoing and incoming server we have to use and all of the other information needed to complete installation. However the button 'done' isn't an option. I've tried re-test multiple times but nothing works. Thunderbird keeps saying 'Thunderbird failed to find settings for your e-mail account'.

Keazen oplossing

I suggest you consult you employers IT people. Often that error is caused by an anti virus program malfunctioning and disabling the anti virus to find out may well upset the employers IT team.
