FireFox keeps dissapearing when I restart my android 6.0 tablet

I just purchased a RCA Android 6.0 tablet every time I install FireFox or FireFox beta for Android from the Playstore once the tablet is shutdown when I restart it's gone there is no FireFox to be found - I can go back to the Playstore and reinstall it , then add my Addons again LastPass and AdBlocker - shutdown - restart then it's gone again
