Mail option open in new window doesnt work after upgrade to 045
After an automatic update to TB 45 yesterday, double click to open mail in new window doesnt work. Have tried all three settings options; open in new tab, new message window, and existing message window, but no luck.
Right clicking on a mail offers the option to open in new window, and this works, but want the double click option, which is quicker.

I assume double-click works with other apps on your computer? If so, could you please close and restart Thunderbird in safe mode. Someone else reported this behaviour yesterday and that cured it. If safe mode works, then the problem is caused by a theme or add-on.
Thanks and in safe mode double click works. But, strange that right click and menu open in new window also works. BTW Hope youre a RED manchesterman :)
So you have an add-ons/Theme that is probably causing the issue. What add-ons/themes do you have installed.
