using thunderbird 38.5.1

my hotmail a/c sunderramj@hotmail.com.

the above hotmail a/c was working fine for many days/years in thunderbird.

suddenly now only "inbox" folder is there !

have tried deleting a/c and creating many times ! only "inbox" & "trash" are donwloaded !

have also tried "subscribe" ! nothing happens !

pls help / guide.

Keazen oplossing

right click the account and select settings. in server settings for the account select the advanced button. Deselect the setting for show only subscribed folders.
