Ask.com has attached itself to my pc and I cannot find it to remove it, but it comes up when I open Mozilla Firefox. My default is Bing. How do I remove Ask.com?

If you are using windows go to your control panal and go to programs and features and then look for any program that has ask in the publisher section.

Hi, if you need further help, please try working through Remove Ask Toolbar and Ask.com Search by Malware Tips - sorry the article is a little old, so you may have to improvise slightly!

Note that not all removal programs will detect all malware, so you may need to run several or all of them.

After removal you may need to reset your home page and search, which you can do by running the add-on SearchReset.
