I have a Firefox icon on my desk top which brought me to my wildblue.net mail and the FF browser. Now that Wildblue not supported by Google, I can only get mail by using windows and going to wildblue, but cant get my firefox browser.

I understand that you cannot access the email from Firefox. I am happy to help. I would first recommend trying to connect to the site in a new private window since it works in another browser.

I would remove any cookies stored for the site if it works in the private window. Clear cookies and site data in Firefox
