incoming IMAP server: rsb34.rhostbh.com port: 993 Connection security: SSL/TLS Authentication: normal password User name: tlrose@coastyleart.com

outgoing SMTP server: rsb34.rhostbh.com port: 465 Connection security: SSL/TLS Authentication: normal password User name: tlrose@coastyleart.com

Start from File/New/Existing Mail Account, enter you address and password, select Manual config., select IMAP, and enter the details given above.
